Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guideline
1) Visual aids
● Please use a PC projector in the conference room.
● Please use your own PC for your presentation. (There is none PC in the conference room.)
● Please come and check your PC setting during a break time before starting your session by connecting with the PC projector in advance.
● If you need any assistance, please ask our room staff before starting your session.
2) Presentation time
● Each presentation has 15 min including Q&A.
● Please make your presentation in 12 min., and 3 min. for Q&A.
3) Others
● In the conference room, please take your seat at "Next Speaker"-signed seats.
Poster Presentation Guideline
1) Poster presentation information
● The location of poster presentation area is in the 1st floor of Noyori Memorial Conference Hall. Please set up your poster on a poster board which is labeled with your poster number.
● A poster board will be provided for each presentation. The poster area is in A0 size (0.841 m× 1.189 m) on a poster board. Some materials will be provided for attaching your poster in the poster board. Please see the following example.
