Submissions

Submission of Organized Session:

• Please fill out a form to propose an organized session and send it to Publicity Chair "Junpei Sakurai (junpei.sakurai@mae.nagoya-u.ac.jp)" by an email.
• Please download the application form of organized session from this link.
• Deadline of Application: April 30, 2021.
• Submission of organized session has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.

Short Paper Submission:

• Total page number must be between 1 page and 4 pages.
• All accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings, but will not be published on IEEE Xplore.
• All accepted short papers will be presented orally.
• Deadline of Paper Submission: July 31, 2021.
• Short paper submission has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.

Full Paper Submission:

• Total page number must be between 4 page and 6 pages.
• A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 20,000 JPY per page payable at the time of conference registration.
• All accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
• All accepted full papers will be presented orally.
• Full papers will be published on IEEE Xplore as well if authors require.
• Deadline of Paper Submission: July 31, 2021.
• Full paper submission has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.

Final Paper Submission (Both Short Paper and Full paper):

• Paper format is same as initial submission. (Please use templete if you needed.)
• Please prepare abstract for program book (Please use templete.)
• Deadline of Paper Submission: September 30, 2021 October 15, 2021 (Extended).
• Submission of final papers has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.
