Submissions
Submission of Organized Session:
- Please fill out a form to propose an organized session and send it to Publicity Chair/Program Co-chair "Masahiro Nakajima (nakajima@mein.nagoya-u.ac.jp)" by an email.
- Please download the application form of organized session from this link.
- There is no limitation in the number of keynote speakers per session.
- Organizing committee provide 10,000 JPN (including a tax) to each keynote speaker.
- The keynote speaker requires to make registration.
- Submission of organized session has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.
Submission of Abstracts:
- Two page abstract (A4 size, PDF format) is required to submit.
- First page should contain "Texts" in 300 to 600 words with "title" and "author names/affiliations/contact information (phone/email address)".
- Second page should contain several "figures/artworks/photographs" of your work.
- Submission of abstracts has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.
Submission of Final Papers:
- Total page number must be between 1 page and 8 pages. The publication fee for two presentations is included in a regular registration fee (The publication fee for one presentation is included in a student registration fee).
- Printed pages exceeding 6 will be charged to authors, and additional pages incur a cost of 20,000 yen per page.
