Lunch Box

The MHS 2024 conference will be providing a free lunch box at the conference venue.
To reserve your lunch boxes, please complete your conference registration first, and submit the lunch preference survey by the specified deadlines.

Please be informed of the following key dates and requirements:

Eligibility: Lunch will be provided only for attendees who completed their conference registration by November 4 and submitted the online lunch survey by November 11.

Survey Notification: Those who registered by October 27 will receive a notification with instructions to complete the meal preference survey. If you registered after October 27, please proceed directly to the survey using the following LINK:Survey Notification

We kindly request that you complete these steps as soon as possible to help us accommodate your preferences. Please note that due to vendor requirements, lunch can only be ordered for those who meet the deadlines outlined above.
