Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guideline (Both In-person and On-line)
- Each presentation has 15 min. including Q&A.
- Please make your presentation in 12 min., and 3 min. for Q&A.
Oral Presentation Guideline (In-person)
- Please use a PC projector in the conference room.
- Please use your own PC for your presentation. (There is no PC in the conference room.)
- Please check your PC by sharing the presentation slides during a break time before your session.
*If you need any assistance, please ask our staffs before starting your session. - In the conference room, please take your seat at "Next Speaker"-signed seats.
Oral Presentation Guideline (On-line)
- Please use your own PC for your presentation.
- Use of a headset is recommended.
- Please install the latest version of Zoom client in advance. (https://zoom.us/download)
- Please access the MHS2023 program site using the URL and password sent by the MHS2023 secretariat after completing the registration. Participants can join the session by clicking the icon under the session name on the program site.
- Please check your PC by sharing the presentation slides during a break time before your session.
*If you need any assistance, please ask our staffs before starting your session. - Presenters are requested to mute their microphones except for their own presentations.
- Please share the screen of your slides and turn on the microphone before starting the presentation.
- Please set your name as "Name, Affiliation" during the session.
- When the chairperson instructs you to end the presentation, please do so immediately.
- Please do not record or make any recordings during the session.
Poster Presentation Guideline (In-person only)
- The location of poster presentation area is in the 1st floor of Noyori Memorial Conference Hall. Please set up your poster on a poster board which is labeled with your poster number.
- A poster board will be provided for each presentation. The poster area is in A0 size (0.841 m× 1.189 m) on a poster board. Some materials will be provided for attaching your poster in the poster board. Please see the following example.

Please check your poster number in the final program.
November 21 (Tue.) 13:00-14:00 TP-01 - TP-11
Please be at your poster for presentation during the following core time:
Odd poster numbers: 13:00-13:30
Even poster numbers: 13:30-14:00
- Setup schedule of your poster
Posters can be displayed from 9:00, Nov. 20 (Mon) until 11:30, Nov. 22 (Wed.).
Please remove your poster by 12:00, Nov. 22.
Please note that posters remaining on the board after 13:00 will be removed and discarded.
