About
We constructed unique nanomanipulation system inside an Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (E-SEM) for realizing nanosurgery system in single cell level. Various nanotools were proposed for local mechanical measurements, local electrical measurement, nanocutting, nanoinjection and so on. Currently, we researched on multiple nanoinjection based on SEM-Computed Tomography (SEM-CT) observation system.
